Final Thoughts

The Yes4All Kettlebell Grip and Kettle Gryp seem to be a lot safer then the JUST4U Adjustable Kettlebell. I would not suggest using a dumbbell more then 50 lbs (22 kg) even though the product description states that the maximum weight capacity is 100 lbs (45 kg). Whereas for the Yes4All and Kettle Gryp they both have a very low capacity for weight. The way the handle is designed makes me feel safer in using the them.

In the end the Kettle Gryp was a better fit for me because I do not have access to any neoprene-wrapped dumbbells at my gym. The handle is easier to grip because of the bumpy surface even when my hands are sweaty.

With Pat Flynn book the Introduction to Kettlebells you can start your physical transformation. Just being able to get started on Pat Flynn kettlebell routine will teach you how to perform the kettlebell exercise in the proper way.
